Who we are

The Emotion Palette is a wedding photography studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, available for destination weddings worldwide. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit theemotionpalette.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you provide. When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, contact details, wedding date, venue/city, collection of interest, and message you enter, along with the page and source you arrived from. This is emailed to us so we can respond.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which sources bring them. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address — it is used momentarily to estimate coarse location, then discarded.
• Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity). We use Microsoft Clarity for aggregate heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors move through the page. Clarity masks text typed into form fields, so what you enter into the enquiry form is not visible in replays.

Cookies

Both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies in your browser to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

How we use your data

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and discuss your wedding. We use analytics only in aggregate to improve the site and understand where enquiries come from. We do not sell your data.
